Refund Policy

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. 
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 

To return your item, use the automated online form from your account or follow the "TRACK YOUR ORDER" link from your confirmation email. The return request must be approved by store owners before the refund is issued. 

Custom prints and personalised orders are non-refundable.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage. We will replace the item free of charge or issue a full refund, whatever is best for you.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.
